the birth doula package is for both vaginal/c-section delivery. accepting limited clients. package is currently available in the DC/VA/MD and includes

1 intake appointment
1 -3 prenatal visits
presence at delivery and immediate postpartum

Gestational Diabetes Support

Have you been diagnosed with gestational diabetes or at risk for it but not sure what to do?
This program gives you access to a pharmacist/health coach who will help you manage your GDM with a non-pharmaceutical alternative.
